Wassup everybody? Soooo, remember when I said that Bernie Sanders supporters (or as we affectionately call them in my circle, Bernites, while everyone else calls them Bernie Bros now...) were gonna make it hard for people to like Bernie? Remember when I said how dismissive, condescending, and racist his supporters were in the way they treated Black people? Also remember how I said this attitude was gonna hurt Sanders down the line? It was just a month ago. Here’s what I got in response:
The arrogance was palpable. The vast majority of commenters had no interest in addressing my complaints, even though I provided ample evidence for them. They were much more concerned with being offended that I could address them in such a manner, and went out of their way to make sure I knew my place. But instead of responding, I just waited, because you can do that when you’re right. I knew that this attitude would get them this…
So maybe you all spend less time worrying about my “tone” and more time worrying about your candidate, and stop being such self-entitled spoiled brats, because if you don’t, Sanders is going to learn his place real quick. And so will the rest of you.
